Personalised/Perishable goods cannot be returned for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulations once they have been shipped, so if you want to cancel you need to contact us before 2pm.  If the item has not been shipped we can refund the price, less 20p to cover non-refundable PayPal fees.  Otherwise the order can remain open for an alternative occassion.

Items are posted using 1st class mail unless otherwise selected.  This is not a guaranteed service. In the event of an item not arriving we have to wait for 15 days to officially class the item as lost before we can sort a resolution for you.  This is Royal Mail policy and we have to abide by that.  Therefore, if you need an item within that time frame we strongly recommend you use Express Delivery which is guaranteed next day delivery. Recorded delivery is no faster than 1st class and is also not a guaranteed service but may offer some assurance (in the event of non delivery however we still have to wait for the 15 days).
Items that arrive after the party (due to Royal Mail) will not be refunded
